Rules

• Duration of talk: 40 minutes

• Interaction session: 15 minutes

• Participants have to turn on their video before introducing themselves and asking the questions.

• Presentation time for each participants is 7 mins.

• Jury members will be assigned 2 mins for Q&A.

Registration Guidelines:

• Groups or individuals need to register and pay the registration fee.

• Groups of up to four members are allowed to register for a single model.

• If a group is registering for one model, all members of the group are collectively responsible for one registration. The member registering has to mention “& Team” along with their name.

  • • Eg: If Rajesh Kumar is registering for his group, he needs to mention “Rajesh Kumar & Team”. Our team will coordinate with the group members for further details.

Event Guidelines:

• Each model will be allocated 7 minutes for presentation.

• This presentation should preferably include a demonstration video of the model in action.

• 3 minutes will be assigned to judges for QnA session.

• 7 minutes will be allowed to present your thesis.

• 3 minutes will be assigned to judges for QnA session

• The presentation should contain no more than one slide

• 3 minutes will be allocated per participant

• There will be no QnA session

• Group participation is allowed only for the model presentation event.

• All participants must share their respective presentations before 30th September on the given template.

• All participants must provide their WhatsApp contact to the organizing team for creating WhatsApp group among the participant. 

• The winners of the SRS’24 will be announced in the valedictory session. 

• The winners will be contacted for shipping the awards.
